CONCEPT 03 / 04 — THE NIGHT OFFICE
Leave a light on

2:47 AM · YOUR OFFICE

While you sleep, somebody's still in the office.

Momentiv OS is the light that never goes off — an AI operating system with the temperament of a late-night dispatcher. Unhurried. Warm. Completely on top of it. Whatever comes in tonight is handled by morning.

Third floor. Second from the left. That's us.

The overnight log

Last night, for instance.

Every line below happened while the rest of the building was dark. None of it woke anyone up.

11:52 PM — INBOUND CALL

Burst pipe, Riverside duplex. Tenant panicking. Walked her to the shutoff valve, calmed her down, booked emergency dispatch for 6:30 AM. Left a note for the crew with photos she texted in.

12:34 AM — WEB LEAD

Quote request, bathroom remodel. Replied in four minutes with three questions and a booking link. She picked Thursday at 10 before she went to bed.

1:58 AM — HOUSEKEEPING

Reconciled the day's invoices. Two paid, one nudged. Flagged a $180 supplier overcharge — dispute drafted for your review.

3:15 AM — INBOUND CALL

Wrong number, mostly. He stayed on to ask if we do gutters. We do. He's on the books for an estimate Saturday.

4:40 AM — SCHEDULE

Rain moved in early. Resequenced tomorrow: interior jobs to the morning, exteriors after it clears. All three clients get a heads-up at 7.

6:58 AM — FOR YOU

Morning. Quiet night — six things came in, six got handled. Coffee first. The briefing's below.

The 7 AM briefing

You wake up ahead.

What came in

  • 2 emergency calls — both calmed, both booked
  • 1 web lead — remodel, high intent
  • 1 odd inquiry — turned into an estimate
  • 1 weather change — rain, 5 hours early
  • 1 billing anomaly — supplier overcharge

What went out

  • Crew dispatched — 6:30 AM, briefed with photos
  • Thursday booked — remodel walkthrough
  • Schedule re-cut — zero hours lost to rain
  • Invoices settled — two in, one reminded
  • One dispute drafted — awaiting your nod

Standing watch

Quiet, loyal, on top of it.

The phones

Every call answered like it's 2 PM. Your voice, your prices, your calendar — at any hour a customer decides their water heater is an emergency.

The books

Invoices chased, payments logged, anomalies flagged while the competition's phone rings into a machine.

The schedule

Tomorrow gets tightened overnight. Weather, cancellations, and crew changes absorbed before they cost you an hour.

The line

It knows what can wait and what can't. A real emergency reaches you in seconds. Everything else reaches you at 6:58, in one calm paragraph.
